Feb 25, 2024 FSA Grooming Report


CONDITIONS:

-1C at cabin elevation. 3cm new snow in the past 24 hours. 6cm in the past 7 days. Total settled snowpack heights 184cm or more in mid to upper riding elevations.

Today: Snow, possibly heavy at times during the late morning and afternoon.  Snow level 1100-1400 metres.  Accumulation from 8 to 15 cm.  Windy, likely strong at times during the afternoon, possible blowing snow.  High 0 or -1. Tonight: Snow and a few snow showers during the evening.  Mainly cloudy with a diminishing chance of flurries overnight.  Accumulation from 6 to 12 cm. Windy, likely strong at times, blowing snow.  Low near -6.


GROOMING:

Corbin: Open. Groomed Tuesday from the staging area to the McClatchie.

Coal Creek: Open. Groomed Coal Creek, Doug Dean, and Summit Trail last night. Low snow on lower trail.

Morrissey: Open. Morrissey Trail groomed last night. Pipeline from Wranglers Cabin to the Notch groomed Friday. Low snow on lower trail.

Hartley: Open. Groomed Friday.

Ram: Open.
