March 6, 2026 FSA Grooming Report
CONDITIONS:
This morning temperatures are -3°C at cabin elevation with light winds. 0cm new snow overnight. Total snowpack heights are around 236cm. We are now in the spring melt/freeze conditions cycle and upper staging areas are in effect - please follow all posted signage.
Today: Cloudy with morning sunny breaks. 50% chance of wet flurries or light rain by late afternoon. Windy at times during the afternoon. High 3 or 4.
Tonight: Mainly cloudy with a 70% chance of occasional rain or wet flurries. Minor to light accumulation of wet snow possible. Windy. Low 0 or 1.
GROOMING:
Corbin: Groomed Feb 28. next groom scheduled for March 6th.
Coal Creek: Coal Creek and Summit groomed last night. We are rolling out the upper staging area today - please follow all posted signage. Once lower road is opened, please stop at the kiosk to check in with staff, proceed up to the old washed out bridge, turn around and park facing downhill on the road. Do not drive up past the posted sign / turn around zone at the bridge.
Morrissey: Morrissey, McEvoy, North Pipeline groomed last night. Upper staging in effect. Vehicles must stop and check in with kiosk staff when attendant on site. Please follow all posted signage. Do not drive up past the switchback bridge (bottom of the canyon) as cat ski operation is running.
Hartley: Groomed Feb 14. On hold for avalanche hazard. Next groom scheduled for March 6th
Ram: Shelter open. No grooming.
