March 14, 2026 FSA Grooming Report

CONDITIONS:

This morning temperatures are -8°C at cabin elevation with light winds. 4cm new snow overnight. 41cm of new snow in the past 7 days. Total snowpack heigh at riding elevation is 257cm. Variable conditions up to 1540m elevation including mud, ice, and some open water running on trail. Upper staging now open at Coal Creek and Morrissey - please adhere to all posted signage. 

Today: Cloudy with occasional snow or a few flurries during the morning and early afternoon. 60% chance of flurries and possible sunny breaks during the late afternoon. Light accumulation, possible 2 to 5 cm. Windy at times.  High near -5.

Tonight: Cloudy with clear breaks and a 70% chance of flurries during the evening.  Minor accumulation possible. Clearing overnight.  Low near -13.


GROOMING:

Corbin: Groomed March 14th from the staging area to the McClatchie.

Coal Creek: Coal Creek, Doug Dean and Summit Trail groomed last night. Upper staging open - please follow all posted signage.

Morrissey: Upper Morrissey groomed last night. Upper staging open - please follow all posted signage.

Hartley: Groomed Feb 14. On hold for persistent avalanche hazard in upper start zones.

Ram: Shelter open. No grooming.
