Feb 2, 2025 FSA Grooming Report
CONDITIONS:
This morning, it’s -17°C in town and -8C at cabin elevation with steady snowfall. 18cm of new snow in the past 24 hours and 47cm in the past 48 hours. Settled snowpack to 213 cm and the season total to 509 cm. After several weeks of our typical January dry spell, Mother Nature turned on the taps this weekend!
Today: Cloudy with occasional snow and then a few flurries. Light accumulation, possible 5 to 10 cm. Windy at times, risk of blowing snow. High near -12, possibly trending colder during the day.
Tonight: Cloudy with a few flurries or occasional snow. Minor to light accumulation possible. Windy at times, high wind chill possible. Low near -20.
GROOMING:
Staging is at our regular valley bottom parking areas and all trails have great coverage.
Corbin: Groomed Friday night.
Coal Creek: Coal Creek, Doug Dean, Summit Trail groomed last night. Martin groomed 2 days ago. Both sides of the Matheson groomed 5 days ago.
Morrissey: Morrissey and McEvoy groomed last night.
Hartley: Groomed Thursday.
Ram: Open. No grooming.
